Agoo POS

Know What Crossed the Counter Today. A Till for Every Kind of Business.

Agoo POS will run the selling side of a business: the till, the stock, MoMo till matching, the credit book and a storefront of its own. It's for shops, restaurants, wholesalers, pharmacies, fuel stations and services. It will be free for one till, and it needs nothing but an Agoo ID.

We're building Agoo POS now. agoopos.com already takes early access and enquiries from every kind of business.

Money

A Screen Isn't the Money. Every MoMo Claim Looks for Its Payment.

A customer pays your till number and shows you a screen, and a screen can be forged. So the sale will stay Claimed until the money itself turns up, matched by amount, reference and time, and one payment can only ever match one sale. Above the limit you set, the goods stay on your side of the counter. Agoo POS is software, and it holds nobody's money.

  • Claimed and Paid kept apart until the money is seen
  • One payment matches one sale, never two
  • A shift close that shows what was expected and what was counted
  • Fake-alert reports that can feed Check Before You Pay, with the link on

Selling

Sell the Way You Already Sell. By the Olonka, the Half-Bag or the Bag.

A shop will sell by the measure its customers use while its stock still counts in kilograms, and agree a price in two taps above a floor it sets itself. The credit book will show who owes, how much and since when, and take part of a debt in two taps. It's the shop's own trade credit, and nobody else sees it.

  • Each shop sets its own measures and conversions
  • Bargaining with a floor, and a report of what was given away
  • A credit book for regular customers, kept by the shop
  • A kitchen screen for a restaurant, batches and expiry for a pharmacy, meters and tanks for a fuel station

Stock and power cuts

The Lights Go. The Sale Doesn't. And the Stock Still Adds Up.

The till will keep selling through a power cut or a dropped line. When it restarts, the same basket is back, and when the line returns, each sale goes up once, in order. The number on the shelf will be the sum of everything that ever happened to it: each sale, delivery, spill and count is a line with a name on it, so a gap has an explanation and two tills can't both sell the last tin.

  • Sales kept on the device and sent up once
  • Suppliers, purchase orders and part deliveries
  • Transfers between branches and warehouses
  • Counts where the person counting can't see the expected number

Storefronts

Your Own Shop Online. On the Same Shelf as Your Till.

A business will be able to open a storefront on its own address, with the same stock and prices as its till, so an online order takes from the same shelf. With the links on, its review wall from Agoo Reviews will show in the store, its Reviews page will carry an Order button, and SupaKera Send will be one tap for a direct order. A paid plan never buys a score.

  • A store, a WhatsApp order and a catalogue link from one catalogue
  • Your own address, and your own customers
  • Your review wall in the store, and an Order button on your Reviews page
  • Neutral review invitations, sent only after the goods are handed over

On its own, or with the family

Only an Agoo ID Is Needed. Every Family Link Is a Switch.

A business will be able to run entirely on Agoo POS with an Agoo ID and nothing else: no Agoo plan and no other product to join. Every link to the family starts off, says plainly what it shares and can go off again. Underneath, one POS engine will serve SupaKera's stores, the restaurants and bars on Agoo Hospitality and the concessions at Agoo Events, so a business never learns two tills.

  • Every link off at the start, and each one a choice
  • Nobody needs Agoo POS to use another product
  • A business's standing on Agoo Reviews never depends on using it
  • Your records stay where they are when a link goes off

What It Will Hold. The Short Version.

MoMo Till Matching

A claim stays a claim until the money itself turns up, and one payment matches one sale.

Sell by the Measure

The olonka, the half-bag or the bag at the till, with the stock counted in kilograms underneath.

The Credit Book

Who owes you, how much and since when, with part payments in two taps.

Through a Power Cut

Sales carry on without power or a line, and go up once, in order, when they return.

Stock That Adds Up

Every sale, delivery, spill and count is a line with a name on it, so a gap has an explanation.

Every Kind of Business

One till and one back office, with the tools a shop, restaurant, wholesaler, pharmacy, fuel station or service uses.
