About the role
Being verified on our products should mean something. You'll check the evidence when a business claims its page on Agoo Reviews, when someone applies for a verified mark on Amee, and when an organisation applies for Agoo for Good pricing, and you'll make sure the same evidence always leads to the same decision.
What you'll do
- Review business claims on Agoo Reviews against the evidence
- Check verified marks on Amee through official channels
- Review identity checks that need a person, such as a Ghana Card that doesn't match
- Run the yearly checks behind Agoo for Good pricing and community grants
- Record each decision and the reason for it
- Spot fraud and impersonation patterns, and raise them
- Handle identity documents and personal data with great care
What you'll bring
- At least two years in verification, customer due diligence, compliance or similar work
- Knowledge of Ghana's business, NGO and identity registers
- Careful attention to detail
- Clear written records
- Integrity and discretion
- If you're a Ghanaian graduate: National Service completed, or exempt
Nice to have
- Fraud investigation or research experience
- A Ghanaian language as well as English
- Experience with NGOs or community organisations
