About the role
Our safety team keeps Agoo Reviews, Agoo Forms and Amee trustworthy. As a Trust and Safety Assistant you'll do useful, supervised work that helps them: clearing spam and fake listings, labelling cases that teach and test our AI, and preparing notes for decisions. You'll never be given graphic, violent or child-safety material.
What you'll do
- Clear spam and fake-listing queues on Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms
- Label cases for our AI evaluation sets, following clear guidelines
- Prepare case notes for moderators and specialists
- Spot patterns in spam and fakes, and report them
- Help keep our guidelines and help articles up to date
- Learn how safety decisions are made, from the moderators and specialists you support
What you'll bring
- A completed degree or HND in any subject; social sciences, communications and IT are all welcome
- Eligible for National Service in the 2027/28 service year
- A good understanding of Ghanaian English and Pidgin
- Careful, consistent work
- Discretion with personal information
- Clear written English
Nice to have
- A Ghanaian language as well as English
- Interest in online safety
- Experience with spreadsheets
How you'll work
- On site. You'll work from our office at 10A Mega Street, Adentan, Accra, every working day.
- You'll never see graphic, violent or child-safety material: that work is kept for trained, permanent staff.
- Hours. Standard office hours.
- This is a National Service post for the 2027/28 service year, requested through the National Service Authority. We add a top-up to the government allowance.
- Reporting. You'll report to the Head of Trust and Safety, supervised day to day by an experienced member of the team.
- Openings. There are two openings.
- Police clearance. This role is safety-sensitive, so an offer depends on a police clearance certificate. We ask for it only at the offer stage, and only with your consent.
