About the role
Our five products connect: feedback after a visit can become a review on Agoo Reviews, Agoo Forms works inside Agoo, and the places on Amee are the businesses people review. You'll turn product decisions into specs and acceptance tests, and make sure every feature is wired into everything it touches and described properly in our public words. There are two openings: one for Agoo's workplace products and one for our consumer products.
What you'll do
- Turn product decisions into clear specs, acceptance tests and release plans
- Check every feature against the products it touches, so nothing ships unconnected
- Make sure our sites, guides and listings describe what we've built, in the same piece of work
- Work daily with engineering and design, and keep scope honest
- Talk to customers and users, and bring back what you learn
- Measure what ships, and decide what to improve next
- For Agoo: own people, payroll, attendance and bookings, including Ghana's statutory payroll
- For our consumer products: own Amee, Atumpan and Agoo Reviews, and readiness for Amee's opening
What you'll bring
- At least five years in product management for software that people rely on
- Specs and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from without guessing
- Close, respectful work with design and engineering
- Comfort with data, research and plain-spoken trade-offs
- For the Agoo opening: experience with HR, payroll or workforce software
- For the consumer opening: experience with consumer apps, communities or social products
- Clear written English
- If you're a Ghanaian graduate: National Service completed, or exempt
Nice to have
- Products built for Ghana or other African markets
- Trust and safety, privacy or compliance work
- Native mobile products

- Hours. Standard office hours.
- This is a permanent, full-time role.
- Reporting. You'll report to the founder.
- Openings. There are two openings: one for Agoo (people, payroll, attendance and bookings), and one for our consumer products (Amee, Atumpan and Agoo Reviews).
