About the role

Organisations run their front desks on Agoo, and a kiosk that stops at a reception desk needs a person quickly. You'll be that person: helping by WhatsApp, email and phone, solving what you can, and making sure what you can't reaches the right engineer.

What you'll do

  • Answer questions from organisations on WhatsApp, email and phone
  • Troubleshoot kiosks, apps and settings, remotely
  • Guide new customers through setting up
  • Report bugs clearly, and follow each one to the fix
  • Write and update help articles
  • Take ownership of a problem until it's solved

What you'll bring

  • At least one year in customer support, ideally for software
  • Clear, patient English, spoken and written
  • Comfort with technology, and the patience to explain it
  • Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Calm with frustrated people
  • If you're a Ghanaian graduate: National Service completed, or exempt

Nice to have

  • Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa, Dagbani or another Ghanaian language
  • Experience with business software
  • Basic hardware or networking knowledge

How you'll work

  • Hybrid. You'll be based at our office at 10A Mega Street, Adentan, Accra, mostly with one day a week from home, agreed for the role.
  • Hours. Shifts on a rota agreed in advance, which include evenings, weekends and other hours.
  • This is a permanent, full-time role.
  • Reporting. You'll report to the Customer Experience Lead.
  • Openings. There are two openings.
