Agoo and the Nkonso products
Agoo, Agoo Reviews, Agoo Forms, Amee and Atumpan: front doors, honest reviews, forms, a social space and a messenger.
Founder, Nkonso
A founder who designs, builds and runs every layer of his products, from the brand to the code to the systems that keep them up.

Mawuli Dzaka founded Nkonso, the company behind Agoo, Agoo Reviews, Agoo Forms, Amee and Atumpan. He is a product builder who designs, codes and runs his own platforms, and designs, builds and maintains platforms for clients. He also founded Ardent Africa and the Ardent Africa Foundation, which back causes and community work across Africa.
Mawuli builds companies the way he builds software: end to end. He designs the product, writes the code and keeps it running long after launch, and he holds client work to the same standard: platforms for an international energy conference, a German-African business summit, a heritage village and care software used in the United Kingdom.
In 2025 he founded Ardent Africa, one place where a cause can raise money, a petition can reach the person who can act on it and an event can sell its tickets, with the Ardent Africa Foundation as its charitable arm. He has also founded Ghana Mega Store, an online shop that delivers across Ghana; Boafo, which answers questions about public services in seven languages; and Ardent Lens, independent, reader-funded analysis.
Building them showed him that everyday life rests on small moments of trust: a welcome at a front desk, an honest word about a business, a form that works on any phone, a message that arrives. Nkonso exists to make those moments work, at scale. Its name comes from Nkonsonkonson, the Adinkra chain link: each of its products stands on its own and is better beside the others.
What he builds
He shaped Agoo from a front-desk check-in into visitors, bookings, staff attendance and people, priced in cedis, then added Agoo Reviews, Agoo Forms, Amee and Atumpan beside it.
He built Ardent Africa's fundraising, petitions, ticketing, jobs and marketplace, and Agoo's web app, visitor pages and public guides.
Agoo Workspace and Agoo Kiosk are native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, built for each platform rather than wrapped web pages.
He drew the Agoo and Nkonso brands and their design systems, with heritage motifs and a public brand page.
He runs his platforms himself, with a public status page, and built Agoo's kiosk to keep welcoming visitors through network and power cuts.
He builds protection in from the first line: encrypted identity numbers revealed only to named roles with a reason, tamper-evident audit trails, and data-protection notices and retention in every product.
He designed, built and maintains the Africa Energy Technology Conference and Centre sites, the GABS 2026 site, Anansekrom's site and Care on the Go.
Through the Ardent Africa Foundation and Agoo for Good, verified NGOs pay 40% less, and public schools, clinics and community groups can apply for a free year of Agoo.

Beyond the products
Mawuli founded the Ardent Africa Foundation as the charitable arm of Ardent Africa. It makes grants, verifies NGOs so donors can trust them, and runs Ardent Safety, where neighbours report hazards and a person checks each one before it's shared.
Through Agoo for Good, verified NGOs and charities pay 40% less, public schools, clinics and community groups can apply for a free Community plan each year, and companies can sponsor a school's or clinic's front door. The Foundation stays the home of Nkonso's charitable work.
